My guess is a dead HDD, especially for a machine that old. NOTE: If you are attempting to burn this file to disc in Windows 10 you will need another disc image burner software/app. Only real PowerPC computers or PPC emulators such as QEMU can run Tiger. NOTE: x86 emulators such as VirtualBox or VMWare wont work.
